5. Spotsylvania School Division On The Hook For Courthouse Road Improvements
Two Spotsylvania School Board members who usually always oppose each other agreed Tuesday night that the school division should not be responsible for funding $1 million worth of improvements to Courthouse Road in front of Spotsylvania Middle School, which is undergoing expansion.
