Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) leased 14,621 square feet of retail space at 10100 Patriot Highway in Spotsylvania County, VA. RGI will relocate their Cosner’s Corner store to this excellent, highly-desirable retail location. Berkley Mitchell and Wilson H. Greenlaw, CCIM, SIOR handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
